At HADŌ, we aim to provide a reliable and seamless delivery experience for our customers. Below are the detailed terms of our shipping and delivery process:
General Guidelines
Free shipping applies only when explicitly mentioned as part of promotional offers or special campaigns.
Ensure your shipping details, including full address, postcode, email, and contact number, are accurate. HADŌ will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Dispatch Timelines
In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3 working days of order placement.
Made-to-Order Items: Dispatched within 10 working days of order placement. If a delay is anticipated, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, excluding public holidays.
Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or unexpected courier delays.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, your order will be deemed ‘cancelled’, and we will arrange a new order after confirming with you.
Package Condition Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If it is damaged or appears tampered with, refuse delivery and notify us immediately at talk@drinkhado.com. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order is delayed or appears lost during transit, please contact us at talk@drinkhado.com with your order and tracking details. we will liaise with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Authorisations and Responsibilities
By placing an order, you authorise us to:
Accept a signature from any person present at the delivery address on your behalf.
Leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour if no one is available to accept the delivery at the specified address.
Change or Cancellation of Orders
Changes to your order, including shipping address modifications, can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at talk@drinkhado.com with your request.
Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
HADŌ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders under the following circumstances:
